We are a company devoted to the production of PE flexible films, monolayer and coextruded, utilizing lineal low density and high density resins. We also produce laminations and low pressure piping.
In other words, we are specialized in the manufacture of flexible packaging and films for the commercial, industrial and agricultural markets we serve.
The packaging materials we manufacture can be: transparent, pigmented, or printed, for manual and automatic systems and according to the specific requirements of our customers.
Infraestructure
Currently, Yanber is comprised of four manufacturing plants in Costa Rica and one in Nicaragua.
Plant #1: Produces plain and printed mono layer and coextruded bags and rolls for industrial, agricultural and commercial customers.
Plant #2: Produces bags and other film products targeted for agricultural markets both in Costa Rica and abroad.
Plant #3: Produces bags and rolls, plain and printed, mono layer and coextruded for industrial and commercial markets. It houses the production lines of specialty products like newspaper bags for exports, laminated products and 8 color printing capabilities. It also produces low pressure tubing and trash can liners.
Note: Both plants #2 and #3 have recycling capabilities.
Currently, Yanber operates with strict quality norms and employs in its processes the most modern machinery in Central America, which together with the training programs in place, result in a company with the highest quality standards and recognition in the marketplace.
